Terms of Service

You may use Viewport to run, observe, and steer agent work on machines you own or are authorized to operate. You may not use Viewport to surveil others without authorization, run agents against systems you don’t have permission to touch, or extract value in violation of any third party’s rights.

You retain ownership of everything that runs through Viewport. We don’t claim rights to your code, your context, your decisions, or your audit ledger. The daemon is open source under a permissive license.

We aim for high availability on the hosted relay and control plane. Self-hosted deployments are your responsibility to operate.

You can cancel anytime. On cancellation, your audit ledger stays exportable for 30 days, then is deleted. The daemon keeps running locally. Viewport going dark does not break your machine.
